Estonia is a releasable nation in eastern Europe. It is initially a part of 
Russia. Together with its twin 
Latvia it can form 
United Baltic Nations. It is quite hard as it is needed to be a great power and influence the other nation.
Estonia´s population is really small and in literacy and tech behind the rest of Europe. Estonia starts with the same techs as Russia when released, which is quite bad. The first priority should be to promote 3-4% 
clergymen and research prestige techs. Estonias only RGO is 
cattle and 
grain, none of them makes you rich.
Even if you managed to research prestige techs, Estonia still cannot become a great power because you need at least two states to become a great power. This will activate your "ambitions" to invade countries and make an Estonian Empire. To acquire this "empire" and to satisfy these "ambitions" always call Russia to wars. If Estonia manages to acquire a state and able to keep its ranking for a year, congratulations you made Estonia proud!
