Kalat is a small uncivilized nation in modern Pakistan. It is landlocked between Persia, Sindh, Panjab, Afghanistan and Makran. Kalat does only have roughly 80.000 pops but they have a relatively large army for a nation of that stature. A standing army of 27.000 soldiers, which should be enough to take either Sindh or Makran. Sindh is by far the most profitable of the two targets, but also the hardest to take. One might need to seek an alliance with either Panjab and Afghanistan.

Kalat have Indian cores, but it is not able to form India itself.
