Yunnan Clique is an uncivilized nation in far east Asia, releasable from 
China. Its noteworthy neighbors are its fellow cliques, 
Burma, 
Tibet, 
Dai Nam and of course in close proximity 
United Kingdom. It does only exist in the Vanilla version of the game, as it was replaced with substates in A House Divided
One can target uncivilized nations like Burma, Dai Nam, and 
Siam. Once these nations are conquered, one needs to focus on westernising. The wars should get the right amount of prestige, the amount of soldiers should never be a problem and then one only needs the correct tech.
Be aware of the close though not neighboring, Great Britain. Use diplomacy points to increase relation with them to prevent an invasion.
