Bikaner is one of the 
Indian princely states. It lies in the north-west of India. It is a puppet of 
United Kingdom and therefore it cannot engage in war on its own. That makes it hard to westernize as conquest is usually the most effective way to do so. It will, like the other Indian minors, slowly get annexed by the event The Doctrine of Lapse until the United Kingdom takes the decision The Empress of India. This can however not happen if Bikaner is player-controlled.
