Ulysses S. Grant's Personal Memoirs is an event for 
USA that can happen any time between 1885 and 1888. The American Civil War has to have happened, and 
Confederate States of America must not exist. This does technically not mean, that USA needs to have won the civil war. It can also happen if CSA disappears in some other fashion after the civil war. The civil war veteran and former President General Ulysses S. Grant has released his memoirs of the civil war.
