World Cup of Football is an event that can happen to 
Uruguay. It is of course regarding the first ever Soccer World Cup where Uruguay won the final over Argentina.
It can happen in 1930 in the month of June, if both Uruguay and 
Argentina exists, and has a mean time to happen of only 1 month.
It gives Uruguay 5 prestige and removes 1 consciousness and militancy from all poor POPs (
labourers, 
farmers. 
soldiers, 
craftsmen and 
slaves).
