First FA Cup Played is a unique event that can happen to all countries with a British primary culture in Europe who owns the province of London (That will virtually always be 
United Kingdom, but 
Scotland is technically also possible). It signifies the first ever national tournament in British football, a competition that still run to this day and is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world.
It can happen anytime after 1868, and it has a Mean time to happen of 36 months.
The effects are that all poor POPs in Leicester (
Craftsmen, 
soldiers, 
Farmers and 
Labourers) will lose 1 consciousness but gain 1 militancy, since they won the Cup. Additionally the country will gain 2 prestige.
Note that when looking the event in the event folder, it is NOT placed in the ENG_Flavour file, but in the sports file
Ingame Description
In a hard fought thrilling game, the first FA cup was today played at the Kensington Oval in London. In a surprise result, the Leicester Albion won with 1-0 over Queens Park. The Spiders showed a lot of sportsmanship during the game, but eventually lost to a goal by Alfred Goodwyn in the second half.
The only option states: The Poor might enjoy it!
