Rødding Højskole (Danish: Rødding Folk High School) is an event for 
Denmark regarding the opening of the world's first Folk High School.
It cannot happen to 
Scandinavia even if it is formed by Denmark.
It requires that Denmark owns Ribe (ID 368), which it does at the start of the game. Then it can happen anytime between 1843 and 1848 with a mean time to happen of 1 year. That is decreased to 9 months after 1844, by 1.2 months after 1846 and yet another 1.2 months after 1847.
The event gives Denmark 1 prestige, but increases consciousness among 
farmers and 
labourers by 1
