Transvaal, and the nations affected will most likely be either 
Oranje or Transvaal. It is made to simulate The Boer Wars.
Gold can be discovered in Witwatersrand after 1886, and it has a MTTH of 12 months. Additionally the province will change name to the modern name Johannesburg after gold is discovered.
The event will be prevented, if the nation that owns Witwatersrand is a great power themselves or own at least 10 provinces.
If the conquest casus belli is given against Transvaal or Oranje, it will be an existential threat, and it will most likely be the end of the nations independence.
