Build The Eiffel Tower 是一个法国的 decision, 旨在于巴黎修建世界闻名的埃菲尔铁塔。该决议要求法国触发 event Shall we host a world fair，且法国选择了举办世界博览会。之后，法国需要研究完成科技Cheap Steel。在1849年到1935年期间，凡是拥有超过200点industrial score的great power 或者拥有超过500点industrial score的civilized国家都有机会举办世博会。但是mean time to happen长达66年。不过随着游戏的进行，mean time to happen将减少一半左右。

值得重视的是，一旦The World Fair is Opened出现, 法国将失去修建铁塔的修正。因此，在第二个世博会事件出现前尽快研究Cheap Steel 相当必要。

完成该决议可获得22 prestige，此外，还将获得每月0.05 prestige 的永久加成（总计每20年获得1.2prestige）(adding up to 1.2 pr. 20 years).
