Reichsland Elsaß-Lothringen (English: Imperial land Elsaß-Lothringen) is a decision, which renames the state of Alsace-Lorraine to Elsaß-Lothringen. It also renames Strasbourg to Straßburg and Colmar to Kolmar. It also gives 5 prestige. Alsace-Lorraine is initially owned by 
France and has both French and German cores.
It is available to 
Prussia, 
North German Federation and 
Germany. It requires that Prussia/NGF/Germany controls the state of Alsace-Lorraine and that the province is not already renamed.
Alsace-Lorraine can be re-renamed if Germany have named it Elsaß-Lothringen, France has retaken it and renamed it Alsace-Lorraine with the decision restore Alsace-Lorraine! and it is for a second time in German hands.
