巴别塔

The Tower of Babel is the decision that forms Babylon. It only shows up in the decision tab if Iraq is a great power. As Iraq is owned by The Ottoman Empire, and if released is a small uncivilized country, it is quite unlikely that the player can even see the decision.

It is considered an easter egg. The decision is based on the biblical story Tower of Babel.

The requirements are that Iraq have invented Advanced Metallurgy and The Historical Theory, both of which are available only after 1870 and 1850 respectively. It changes the name of Iraq to Babylon, and the name of Baghdad to Babylon as well. It also gives Babylonian cores to all Iraqi cores, but no other than that.

Last but not least it gives 20 prestige.
