Constitution for Liberia is a 
Liberian decision.
It requires that Liberia is a civilized country and have taken the decision Liberate Liberia.
It changes a long list of political reforms as well as give 5 prestige and 2 consciousness.
The reforms are:
- Slavery to No slavery
- Upper house to Equal Weight
- Vote Franchise to Universal Weighted Voting
- Public Meetings to Allowed
- Press Rights to Free Press
- Trade Unions to All Trade Unions
- Voting System to First past the post
- Political Parties to Gerrymandering
Despite the clear intention to make Liberia more democratic, it can also be used to retract reforms, if Liberia has enacted more democratic reforms than the listed ones.
