The Empress of India is a decision unique to 
United Kingdom.
It shows up in the decision tab, if United Kingdom has a government form of either a absolute monarchy, a HM's Government or a Prussian Constitutionalism.
It requires that United Kingdom has 40 prestige, have invented Nationalism and Imperialism and owns a long list of provinces in 
India.
The provinces are:
- Chittagong
- Vizapatgatnam
- Coimbatore
- Ahmedabad
- Delhi
- Bombay
- Lahore
All of them are initially owned by United Kingdom except Lahore, which is the capital of 
Panjab.
It gives 20 prestige and removes 1 militancy. It also closes the possibility for the event The Doctrine of Lapse, in which UK can annex its Indian vassals.
