未开化国家是指那些还没有西化的国家。 和开化国家不同,未开化国家不能通过通常手段建造工厂,不能成为次强或列强,国际排名也永远处于开化国家之下。未开化国家需要通过西化来转变为开化国家。
未开化国家拥有如下修正:
除了 奥兰治和 德兰士瓦以外,所有首都位于亚洲和非洲的国家在游戏开始时都是未开化国家;如果 菲律宾被解放出来,它会成为亚洲唯一的开化国家。在欧洲和南美洲不存在独立的未开化国家;如果 克里米亚被解放出来,它会成为欧洲唯一的未开化国家。 夏威夷是北美洲唯一的未开化国家。
科技与研究
未开化国家不能像开化国家一样研究新科技,普通的科技界面不允许选择新科技进行研究。相反,你可以把你的研究点数累积起来,直到你有足够的点数在政治界面上实施一项改革。改革界面与开化国家(政治和社会)的改革不同,未开化国家有军事和经济改革,你可以用研究点“购买”它们,只要你有足够的积累。每一次改革都会带来不同的奖励,并且每一次改革都会增加你的开化进度。你的开化进度可以在改革界面的底部看到。当进度条为100%时,将解锁“西化”按钮,点击它会使你的国家变为开化国家,并给予你等同于8个列强平均科技的科技。
开化进度在15%以下的未开化国家称为“原始国家”;开化进度在20%-50%之间的,称为“未开化国家”;开化进度在55%-95%之间的,称为“部分西化国家”。这些标签并不影响游戏,仅仅用来表明这个国家离西化有多近。
未开化国家也可以通过征服——赢得战争并夺取省份来获得额外的研究点数。一些改革增加了你可以通过这种方式获得的研究点的数量。
下面你会看到所有的改革,它们的效果和花费。请注意,表中只显示默认花费,可以通过以下方式进行修正:
- 识字率修正:你的识字率越高,改革的花费就越低。这个奖励大约是你识字率的一半,所以如果你有10%的识字率,你应该得到-5%左右的改革花费修正。这适用于军事和经济改革。
- 上议院中的保守派:上议院的保守派越多,你的军事改革就越便宜。如果上议院没有足够的保守派,这将变成一种惩罚,使军事改革更加昂贵。
- 上议院中的自由派:上议院的自由派越多,你的经济改革就越便宜。如果上议院没有足够的自由派,这将变成一种惩罚,使经济改革更加昂贵。
- 势力范围领袖的科研学派:如果你处于某个列强的势力范围,该列强的科研学派会给予你改革花费奖励。
