An Elephant for America? is an American event. It triggers when 
Siam takes the decision with the same name An Elephant for America? (decision). It can happen after 1861 if relations between the two countries are better than 0. With the decision, Siam has proposed to let Elephants breed in America.
There is only one possibility: But it was very kind of him to offer which increases the relation between Siam and 
USA by 30.
