Fascist Dictatorship and Proletariat Dictatorship get special [[Casus_belli|Casus bellis]] to spread their ideologies to other countries. Various governments can change nations' names and colors, and each tag has a different flag for each government type (one for monarchies, one for democracies and presidential/bourgeois dictatorships, one for proletarian dictatorships, and one for fascist dictatorships). Change of government type can be achieved by [[political reforms]] (mainly Vote Franchise), events, [[decision]]s, or successful rebel uprisings.
