It shows in the tab if Sweden has the [[political reform|voting reform]] weighted wealth or wealth and have a [[HM's Government]].

It can be taken if ruling party has either pacifism or Anti-Military as a [[Party Issues|war policy]] while 10% of the population is in favour of jingoism or pro-military.

It will create the new political party "Högerpartiet" and all POPs in Sweden (or Scandinavia) will lose {{green|0.5}} [[militancy]].
